1. Services Provided
Dcyber Group provides Voice over IP (VoIP) communication services, including but not limited to voice calling, messaging, and other related features ("Services"). These Services are provided on a prepaid basis and subject to the payment terms outlined below.

2. Prepaid Service and Payment Terms
(a) Prepayment Requirement:
All Services offered by Dcyber Group are prepaid. You are required to pay in advance for the subscription period or credit amount you select.

(b) Payment Due:
Payment must be made in full and received by Dcyber Group before the Services are activated or continued.

(c) No Refunds:
All payments made to Dcyber Group are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it is final and will not be reimbursed, regardless of whether you choose to discontinue or stop using the Services.

(d) Payment Failure and Disconnection:
Failure to make timely payment for Services will result in disconnection of the Services. Dcyber Group reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Services for unpaid balances without notice.

3. Account Suspension and Disconnection
Failure to maintain sufficient funds or make timely payments will result in the suspension or disconnection of your Services. Once Services are suspended or disconnected, you will need to make a payment to reinstate your account. Reconnection is subject to payment of all outstanding fees and any applicable reconnection fees, if any.

Dcyber Group reserves the right to terminate or permanently deactivate an account for failure to pay for Services or breach of these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities
(a) Maintaining Information: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all payment and account information.

(b) Secure Account Usage: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials or other information related to your Services. Any unauthorized use must be reported to Dcyber Group immediately.

(c) Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and refrain from any activity that may damage, disable, or impair Dcyber Group’s Services or reputation.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dcyber Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to financial losses, business interruption, data loss, or damages related to Service disconnection.

6. Termination of Services
Dcyber Group reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to payment non-compliance, breach of these Terms, or other activities that violate Dcyber Group’s policies or applicable law. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Services, and Dcyber Group will have no obligation to refund any unused balance.

7. Changes to Terms
